Customer satisfaction is our aim. All claims must be made in writing within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. We are sorry but there are no exceptions to this policy. No return will be accepted without prior approval. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Returned items will be repaired or exchanged at our discretion. Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand from natural materials and there may be vary in color, texture, shape, or size as we found in nature.
